Return & Refund Policy

At Agleam, customer satisfaction is our priority. We want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the parcel.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, including tags (if applicable).

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect:

  • Earrings

  • Nose pins

  • Used jewelry items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

We reserve the right to reject returns that show signs of wear or damage.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective item

  • The wrong product

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Your order number

  • Clear pictures of the product

  • A brief explanation of the issue

After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund.


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at shopagleam@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Wait for return approval and instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to the provided address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


5. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refund approval will be confirmed via email.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

  • Refunds will be issued via:

    • Bank transfer

    • Original payment method (if applicable)

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where Agleam is at fault.


6. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only if:

  • The product is damaged

  • The wrong item was delivered

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

  • If a Cash on Delivery order is repeatedly refused without valid reason, we reserve the right to restrict future orders.


8. Important Notes

  • Slight color variations due to lighting or screen differences are not considered defects.

  • Minor measurement differences may occur.

  • Agleam is not responsible for damage caused after delivery due to improper handling.
